Need a laugh? Some popular comedians are coming to Central New York this year.
Viral TikTok comedian Matt Rife will perform two shows at the del Lago Resort & Casino’s Vine Showroom in Waterloo, N.Y., on Thursday, Aug. 3. The shows, part of his “Chipped Shoulder Tour,” will take place at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Tickets for Rife go on sale Wednesday, May 3, at 10 a.m. at dellagoresort.com/entertainment.
Rife, who has 12 million followers on TikTok, is also playing six sold-out shows from June 30 through July 2 at the Syracuse Funny Bone in Destiny USA.
Other upcoming stand-up comedy shows at del Lago include Chelsea Handler (June 9) and Mike Epps (July 7).

Pauly Shore will play three shows at the Funny Bone in Syracuse on Friday, July 14, at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 15, at 7 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Shore is a longtime standup comedian known for his work as an MTV VJ, his “The Weasel” character, and movies like “Encino Man,” “Bio Dome” and “Son-in-Law.”
Tickets for the 21-and-over show are currently on sale through syracuse.funnybone.com. Prices start at $32.
Other big names coming to the Syracuse Funny Bone include former “Cash Cab” host Ben Bailey (Sept. 24), Dusty Slay (Oct. 6-7) and WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts (Oct. 12).

Kevin Hart will perform Sunday, May 14, at the Turning Stone Event Center in Verona as part of the Turning Stone Resort Casino’s 30th anniversary celebration. Hart is an Emmy- and Grammy-nominated comedian and actor with multiple standup specials and film credits, including “Jumanji: The Next Level,” “Central Intelligence,” “Think Like a Man,” “Ride Along,” and “The Wedding Ringer,” directed by Liverpool-based American High founder Jeremy Garelick.
Tickets for Hart are almost sold out through Ticketmaster (just 13 floor seats left as of Tuesday morning) but a wide range of prices are available through resellers like VividSeats, StubHub, Megaseats, TicketNetwork and SeatGeek.
Other upcoming shows at the Turning Stone include ventriloquist Terry Fator (June 18) and Steve Martin & Martin Short (Nov. 12).

And funnyman Joe Gatto will take the stage at The Oncenter Crouse Hinds Theater in Syracuse on Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. Gatto is a comedian, actor who co-founded The Tenderloins Comdy Troupe and starred on hit TV shows like “Impractical Jokers” and “The Misery Index.”
Tickets for Gatto go on sale Friday, May 5, at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster or in person at the Solvay Bank Box Office at The Oncenter (760 S. State Street Syracuse, NY 13202). Prices range from $35.75 to $55.75; additional fees may apply.
